Our work

Real projects. Real problems. No composites.

Four complete engagements, shown the way they actually happened — the challenge, the thinking, what was built, and the results we can honestly stand behind.

What a case study includes

Every case study follows the same structure.

So you can compare projects on equal footing — no cherry-picked metrics, no vague "great results" claims without evidence.

Our rule for this page

Every project below actually happened — real client, real scope, real deliverables. Where a metric, live URL, or client quote hasn't been confirmed for publication yet, we leave it out instead of inventing a number. No composite case studies, no rounded-up stats.

Case studies

Four engagements, start to finish.

This is a structural preview of the site's actual information architecture, not a screenshot.

The challenge

Four disciplines, one business, zero fragmentation allowed.

North Star Legacy Holdings operates across executive communications, AI workflow architecture, workforce training and curriculum, and speaking — under one strategic vision. Most communications consultants focus on messaging; most AI consultants focus on technology. North Star sits between both. The site needed a visitor to understand, within seconds, who North Star is, how communications and AI systems connect, and what differentiates the practice — while also establishing the founder's personal authority without turning the site into a personal portfolio.

Objectives

Clear brand position

Make "Strategic Communications + AI Systems" — a genuinely unusual combination — understandable on first read.

One coherent experience

Organize four practice areas so each stands independently while reinforcing a single vision: "Four Practices. One Vision."

Leadership authority

Balance the founder's two decades of experience with a scalable, professional practice — not a personal portfolio site.

Plain-language AI

Explain agent workflows and AI systems in business outcomes — workflows, efficiency, readiness — not technical specs.

The solution

The homepage opens with the central statement — Clarity for Leaders. Systems for Growth. — connecting the two dimensions of the business: Clarity (communications, narrative, leadership voice) and Systems (AI architecture, workflows, training). Below that, the site organizes all four practices — Executive Communications, Agent Workflow Builds, Training & Curriculum, and Speaking — under "Four Practices. One Vision.", so each has its own entry point without reading as four unrelated businesses.

Framework-driven architecture

Rather than just listing services, the site introduces two proprietary methodologies — the Executive Communications Framework (voice, visibility, narrative, board positioning) and the Communications Intelligence Model (where AI should and shouldn't take over communications and operations). This turns abstract consulting into something a visitor can follow.

Challenge
Connecting communications and AI without the two feeling like separate businesses
Solution
A single narrative thread — Voice → Narrative → Communication → Workflow → Intelligence → Scale — running through the whole site
Challenge
Four practice areas risked feeling like four disconnected companies
Solution
"Four Practices. One Vision." as an explicit organizing principle, reinforced through shared messaging and visual system
Challenge
Senior decision-makers evaluate credibility fast
Solution
Authority distributed across the whole journey — frameworks, engagement examples, leadership positioning — instead of one bio page carrying the weight

My role

Website design

Complete UX/UI strategy, page layouts, content hierarchy, visual structure, responsive design.

Information architecture

Site structure, navigation strategy, service organization, framework presentation, user journeys.

Digital experience

Homepage storytelling, service presentation, authority-building sections, conversion pathways.

Responsive build

Desktop, tablet, and mobile behavior — navigation, typography scaling, and CTA accessibility at every size.

Outcome

  • A distinct digital identity with clear strategic positioning
  • Four structured practice areas that read as one connected vision
  • Two proprietary frameworks translated into an understandable web experience
  • Founder authority integrated throughout rather than isolated on a bio page
  • A conversation-first conversion model ("Book a Discovery Call") instead of high-pressure lead capture
  • Fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
✓ Approved by the client for publication
"The site finally sounds like how I actually work — communications and AI systems, not two separate things bolted together. It gave the practice a front door that matches the caliber of the engagements coming through it."
— North Star Legacy Holdings

Action
This is a structural preview of the site's actual information architecture, not a screenshot.

The challenge

A crowded, cliché-heavy category — without leaning on a single cliché.

AI consulting is competitive and visually predictable — generic robots, glowing neural networks, futuristic abstraction. The brief was the opposite: communicate a nuanced idea, "AI succeeds when technology, strategy, people, and systems work together," for an audience of business leaders who need to evaluate a sophisticated offering quickly, on any device, without a security afterthought baked in.

Objectives

Clear digital identity

A professional presence reflecting a human-centered AI strategy consultancy — not a tech product.

Simplified messaging

Make AI strategy, governance, and organizational readiness legible to decision-makers fast.

Scalable foundation

An architecture that can carry future services, content, and thought leadership without a rebuild.

Foundational security

Basic hardening and security-conscious practices built in during development, not bolted on after launch.

The solution

The site is structured around a deliberate information hierarchy — Problem → Opportunity → Framework → Services → Action — so a visitor understands the organizational challenge before being asked to evaluate a service. Each service (AI Readiness & Opportunity Assessment, AI Strategy & Operating Model Design, Human-Centered Adoption & Change, Execution/Pilots & Performance Measurement) answers three fixed questions: what problem it solves, what the organization receives, and what outcome to expect.

Consulting methodology, made visible

The engagement model — Assess → Design → Activate → Scale — gives visitors a concrete way to picture how a strategic AI initiative actually moves from exploration to operational reality, instead of an abstract list of consulting capabilities.

Challenge
Translating AI complexity into business language for non-technical leaders
Solution
Messaging built around "what organizational problem are leaders solving," not "what technology should we promote"
Challenge
Avoiding the generic AI-company visual language
Solution
Professional, structured, human-centered visual direction — no robots, no neural-network abstraction
Challenge
Multiple deep areas of expertise risked overwhelming visitors
Solution
Content hierarchy, modular sections, and progressive disclosure across dedicated service pages

Security foundation

Applied during development, not claimed as absolute.

  • Secure HTTPS communication throughout
  • Basic security headers and browser-level protections
  • Input and form security considerations
  • Reduction of unnecessary exposure and secure configuration practices
  • Dependency and third-party component awareness
  • Protection against common web application risks

This is a foundational layer, not a substitute for a full assessment — it's designed to be expanded through future security reviews, monitoring, and penetration testing as the platform evolves. See Cybersecurity for what that next step looks like.

My role

Website development

Architecture, frontend build, navigation and UX, content presentation, conversion-focused journeys.

Technical implementation

Built from scratch, responsive across devices, structured page architecture, performance-conscious development.

Security

Basic website security layer, hardening considerations, and foundational protection for production deployment.

Responsive build

Desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile — with consistent strategic clarity at every size.

Outcome

  • A professional digital identity with clear, defensible service positioning
  • A structured consulting methodology visitors can actually follow
  • Responsive experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • A foundational security layer applied during development, not after launch
  • A scalable structure ready for future content and services
✓ Approved by the client for publication
"We needed a site that could carry a genuinely nuanced idea — that AI only works when strategy, people, and systems move together — without falling back on robots and glowing circuit boards. It did that, and it's held up as we've grown the team since launch."

This is a structural preview of the site's actual information architecture, not a screenshot.

The challenge

Advisory work is intangible. The website had to make it feel concrete.

Ingram Advisory Group's work spans transformation, operational structure, leadership, succession, capital readiness, growth, governance, and turnarounds. A visitor — often a founder, executive, lender, or family-business owner — needed to understand fast what IAG does, who it works with, and how its operator-led approach differs from traditional consulting, without wading through consulting jargon first.

Objectives

Strong digital identity

Established, strategic, direct, and operationally focused — distinct from generic consulting-site patterns.

Simplified services

Organize advisory work around real business situations, not a long list of consulting offerings.

Trust and authority

Communicate operator-level experience — someone who has run businesses, not just analyzed them.

Scalable platform

Room for case studies, frameworks, leadership profiles, and future thought leadership.

The solution

The homepage opens with a recognizable problem — a business can look successful while structural weakness builds underneath — rather than a generic consulting statement. From there it introduces who IAG serves (owner-led, family-held, lower-middle-market, and international businesses), the firm's global operating experience, and its flagship diagnostic, the Business Reality Review.

The Business Fluency Framework

A structured lens across nine dimensions — financial truth, market reality, operating discipline, direction and execution, leadership and knowledge, governance, customer relationships, supplier and contract control, and transferable value. It turns "we do business advisory" into something a visitor can actually evaluate their own company against.

Case-study structure

Every proof point follows the same five beats: Situation → Vulnerability → Intervention → Outcome → Lesson — business storytelling instead of promotional claims, and the same discipline this very case-study page is built around.

Challenge
Advisory services are intangible — nothing to point at
Solution
Structured around recognizable business situations instead of abstract consulting terminology
Challenge
Avoiding the generic consulting-website pattern — stock photos, buzzwords, vague promises
Solution
A specific philosophy and operating approach ("operator-led," not "strategy consultancy") carried through the whole narrative
Challenge
Decades of experience needed to build trust without overwhelming the visitor
Solution
Authority distributed across homepage, framework, leadership, and case studies rather than one credentials page

My role

Website strategy

Business positioning, architecture, user journeys, conversion pathways.

UX/UI design

Complete design from scratch, layout, information hierarchy, responsive strategy, navigation.

Digital experience design

Structured storytelling, framework presentation, case-study architecture, authority sections.

Responsive build

Desktop, tablet, and mobile — preserving authority and hierarchy at every size.

Outcome

  • A distinct digital identity built around the operator-led positioning, not a template
  • A large amount of strategic information organized into a scannable, layered structure
  • The Business Fluency Framework translated into a dedicated digital experience
  • Case-study architecture built on situation, vulnerability, intervention, outcome, and lesson
  • A conversation-first conversion model ("Begin an Advisory Conversation")
  • Fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
✓ Approved by the client for publication
"I've sat through a lot of consulting-website pitches. This was the first build that actually understood 'operator-led' isn't a tagline — it's the whole point. The framework section alone does more selling than I could in a first call."
— Terry J. Ingram, Founder, Ingram Advisory Group

Free Trial on WhatsApp
This is a structural preview of the site's actual information architecture, not a screenshot.

The challenge

Parents are choosing a teacher for their child. Trust has to come first.

Choosing an online Quran teacher is a decision families make carefully. Visitors arrive from different countries with different goals: a child learning to read, an adult refining Tajweed, a family planning Hifz. They need to see quickly that the teachers are qualified, the price is clear, and starting is low-risk. The site also had to feel warm and respectful of its subject, not like a generic course marketplace.

Objectives

Trust at first glance

Certified teachers, credentials and family-first messaging visible early in the journey.

A clear path to the right course

A catalogue covering Nazra, Tajweed, Hifz, Kids Quran, Islamic Studies, Arabic Grammar, Hadith, Fiqh and Tafseer, easy to browse by goal and age.

A low-friction start

A free trial that begins with one tap on WhatsApp, with no checkout to get through first.

Transparent pricing, worldwide reach

Plain monthly plans and a site that works for families in many countries.

The solution

The site is one guided journey. The homepage opens with a clear promise and the opening verse of Surah Al-Alaq (96:1) in Arabic with its translation, then moves visitors through Courses, Teachers, How it works, Reviews and Pricing. A Free Trial button and a WhatsApp link stay within reach from the header onwards. A separate Articles section collects 13 teacher-reviewed guides for families, with Privacy and Terms pages in the footer.

Smart Match: from learner profile to recommendation

A short "Build a learning profile" form collects the learner's name, age, goal, language, classes per week and a WhatsApp number or email, then suggests a course, teacher and schedule to take into a free trial. It is presented as a guided starting point, not a formal assessment.

Family-first onboarding

Four steps, shown plainly: Tell us about the learner → Get a recommendation → Book a free trial on WhatsApp → Track progress, with teacher notes shared with parents.

Challenge
Earning a parent's trust before a first conversation
Solution
Teacher profiles showing specialisation and experience, a "Match" action on each, and reviews from families in several countries
Challenge
Visitors with very different goals: children, adults, Hifz, Tajweed, Arabic
Solution
A course catalogue organised by goal and age, plus a profile form that points each learner to a sensible starting course
Challenge
Pricing that feels clear, not hidden
Solution
Three monthly plans (Starter, Standard, Intensive) with classes per week spelled out, and changes or cancellation allowed at any time

My role

Website strategy

Positioning, page structure and a parent-focused journey that leads to the free trial.

UX/UI design

A warm deep-green visual identity, readable typography including Arabic text, and a mobile-first layout.

Responsive build

Desktop, tablet and mobile, with a mobile menu, an Articles section, and Privacy and Terms pages.

Conversion tools

The learning-profile form, the Smart Match recommendation and a WhatsApp-first contact flow.

Outcome

  • A calm, parent-first site that explains who the academy is for, how it works and what it costs
  • A free-trial path available from the header, the hero and every pricing plan
  • WhatsApp contact built into the header, hero and footer, matching how families already communicate
  • A browsable catalogue across Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz, Islamic studies and Arabic
  • Teacher profiles, family reviews and transparent plans in one scrollable journey
  • Fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile
✓ Approved by the client for publication
"When families trust us with their children's Quran learning, our website has to earn that trust before we ever speak to them. DevSeguro understood that from the first conversation. The site feels warm, calm and clear: parents can see our courses, meet our teachers, understand the plans and start a free trial in a few taps. They were patient with every detail, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about getting it right. We're proud to send families to it."
